LEAN APPLICATION OF

SECURITY FITNESS

OUR SERVICE RANGE FOR

Effective provision in the event of a crisis

Should essential technical infrastructure systems fail long-term, as a rule, the production and business operation are affected immediately, whereby companies can even reach crisis point. In order to minimise the impacts of such problems (economic or otherwise), there is a need for an effective Business Continuity Management (BCM), which minimises the downtime of business processes. This is understood as an enterprise-wide approach with which the critical business functions are maintained in case of security threats, or can be restored in a timely manner. However, it focuses not only on the availability and restoration of technical infrastructure respectively, but also includes other factors such as employees, structural conditions and suppliers that are relevant for the continuity of business operations. For this reason, BCM cannot be equated with a risk- and information security management.

OUR METHOD

Although we adhere to international standards, but avoid a too narrow focus thereon, we place the company's individual BCM requirements in the very centre. This paves the way for additional best practices to achieve a sophisticated result, while ensuring our framework miLEAN delivers a lean implementation.

YOUR BENEFITS

They make crisis situations manageable. After all, your Business Continuity Management will put you in a position to minimise the downtime of mission-critical processes during significant problems, and to be able to return to normal operation again as soon as possible. And this can be of vital importance for your business.

START INTELLIGENTLY

Since the introduction or optimisation of a Business Continuity Management goes hand in hand with complex requirements, we recommend our Best Practice Workshop BenefitCONCEPT before the project decision. It leads to the best possible solution concept in a targeted way. Regardless of to whom you then transfer the realisation of the project.
